I am just writing to thank Rocky Mountain Sport for your help with the Runway4Life fashion show. Having your professional display as part of the silent auction really helped create a great atmosphere. It was a financial benefit to be able to auction the merchandise and so simple to execute. Sara was very helpful, professional and very polite when I totally forgot our meeting! We would certainly consider using Rocky Mountain sports again for a fundraiser.

On behalf of Special Olympics BC the Nanaimo local of BCSO would like to thank Mr. Shaun McArdle and his team from Rocky Mountain SportsMarketing for their support in organising our Nanaimo "Free the Fuzz" fundraising campaign in September 2009. This was our first attempt at such a venture and we collectively raised over $20,000 for BCSO. Rocky Mountain Sports Marketing’s involvement was critical to the success of the event with not only its presentation of sports memorabilia and by bringing Mr. Richard Brodeur of Vancouver Canuck hockey fame to the event but the professional and considerate approach their staff brought throughout the event. Mr. McArdle's team handled all the difficulties and challenges with ease. We look forward to working with them in future fundraising campaigns including the 2010 Free the Fuzz events.

I was very pleased with the direct drive marketing awareness & fund-raising campaign, which was organized, built and delivered by Rocky Mountain Marketing on behalf of Crime Stoppers. It not only showed Western Financial's support of Crime Stoppers, but it allowed us to reach a large base of potential clients by having the rep's hand deliver the information. This was much better than mass mail drops or other marketing programs because we know the household received the information.
This was professionally done by well trained sales associates from Rocky Mountain Marketing who represented us well to the public.

On Friday, May 29, Ecole Casorso Elementary School hosted a Silent Auction and Family Fun Night. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year.
We would like to take this opportunity to send you our wholehearted thanks and appreciation for your donation to this very important event. As a result of your contribution and others like yours we were able to raise over $9,000 at the silent auction alone!
Enclosed you will find our certificate of appreciation. The Casorso students, parents and staff thank you for your support.
Sincerely,
Jennifer Neal, Silent Auction Coordinator

This letter is to thank you for letting us be a part of the Crime Stoppers Coupon book. We’ve advertised with you for the past 3 years, and have had great success in bringing new clients into our facility. It’s often difficult to reach a very diverse group of potential customers. Your book allows us to do just that – at a reasonable cost.
Personally, I enjoy using the Crime Stoppers book too. Our family gets hundreds of dollars in value out of them! You always seem to attract the businesses I really love and I feel good about using them, knowing the funds are going to a great cause. Thanks again for putting together an advertising source that we actually look forward to paying for! Keep up the good work.
